Mr.Ratan Luth

Life is neither to be wept over nor to be laughed at, but to be understood. To understand life is to understand ourselves that is both the beginning and the end of education.
What is the significance of life? What are we living & struggling for? If we are being educated merely to achieve distinction, to get better jobs, to have wider domination over others, then our lives are shallow & empty.

Education is not merely acquiring knowledge or accumulating information from books which anyone can do who can read or gather & co-relate facts. Education is not just learning a particular technique or profession either. It is to see significance of life as a whole.

In the field of education especially in schools when we are dealing with children we are not dealing with mechanical devices that can be quickly repaired but with living beings who are impressionable, sensitive and affectionate. To deal with children we should possess great understanding, strength of patience, love and care. We must understand the child as he is, without imposing upon him an ideal of what we think he should be or projecting upon him our own prejudices, hopes and fears or mould him to fit our patterns of desires.

To understand a child we have to watch him at play and study him in his different moods. Right education should help the student not only to develop his capacities but to understand his own interests. This can be done by praising children's accomplishments, ignoring their failures and showing them their own special qualities. This way we can light the torch for their journey to self discovery.

Mrs.Sharvari Luth

Learning is not merely accumulation of knowledge but it is the capacity to understand, think and use that knowledge when needed.
For development of a god mind role of good educator is very important. In the process of imparting knowledge, educators invite discussions and encourage students to inquire and to think independently. This way both are in process of learning.

We also, have to direct young minds of children to think in the right direction. We have to help them realize their own highest and fullest capacity without comparing with others as each child is unique.

It is also extremely important in a school that the child should feel at ease and secured right from day one. This first impression makes a lot of difference in child’s life. In this atmosphere of security, emotional openness and sensitivity of the child will flower.

We have tried to keep these things in mind while commencing with Fravashi International Academy.

Mr.Shomie Das

One of the most exciting school projects in Maharashtra will be coming to fruition shortly. Its founder Mr. Ratan Luth has left nothing to change in creating this state of the art educational institution which is designed to serve the local community as well as international students. Few schools in the country will be able to boast of the large variety of facilities being provided so that every student of the school will get an opportunity to develop their own special talents.

Facilities aside the school staff is been carefully selected to provide world class instruction in which teachers will facilitate the development of every aspect of a young person's mind, character and spirit. In addition the individual attention that students will ensure that special needs of each and every child will be taken care of. Designing a school of this quality has required that the team had to plan meticulously and implement them with care.
